CEIS (Critical Energy Infrastructure Services) held a grand opening of our new corporate headquarters in Katy, TX the final week of June, 2024. The new space is top-of-the-line, providing excellent amenities and additional space to support CEIS’ burgeoning growth and to facilitate the integration of all of our business line under the CEIS name brand.
The grand opening celebration was also held in conjunction with a company-wide, day long strategy and training session for all of CEIS’ customer and candidate facing employees. CEIS is expanding our capabilities to go beyond our traditional staffing and consulting to a broader-based customer solution approach across the industries we serve. The session brought together members of senior leadership, support organizations, sales, account management, and recruiting, to align on our new mission, train on being a customer-solution specialist, and role play critical situations that our employees may experience in the future.
Additionally, the team reviewed the markets we will serve and discussed creative ways to source the talent we need to meet the demands of these markets.
This is the first session of what are expected to be multiple periodic reviews of our business lines as we grow and change.
