In 2017, Rayne Staffing, LLC was formed by senior leaders with long-term experience with the US’s largest technical staffing company, and a primary focused on energy and infrastructure.
 

In 2022, Rayne was acquired by CEIS to forge forward to become a leader in the industry.  
 

In 2024, CEIS | Rayne opened our new headquarters in Houston, Texas as a hub to provide services nationwide.

In 2025 and beyond, we are dedicated to client growth and our commitment to candidates personal and professional development.
